Victoria Eze is charged with supporting the attainment of the strategic corporate goals of the organization through developing plans and leading the marketing and business growth efforts of the Lagos Area offices in accordance with STI strategic business objectives.
She is a graduate of both the Institute of Management Technology, Enugu and Federal Polytechnic, Oko. She also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialty in marketing from ESUT Business School. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). She has attended numerous leadership, management and executive courses in the duration of her career.
Victoria joined the organization in 1995. Her cognate work experience which span over two decades cuts across Administration, Brokerage, Underwriting, Retail and Business Development, Branch Operations and Marketing.
